The host and staff were fantastic, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent service throughout. The convenient location for easy airport access was a plus, especially for those interested in kiteboarding in Cumbuco.While the room service and laundry facilities were adequate, I felt that the lack of shuttle services and paid airport shuttles may be inconvenient for some guests. However, the free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking helped balance out the cost.The hotel's outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Pousada Chiveve offers a decent level of comfort and amenities at a reasonable price point for guests looking to explore the area while staying within budget.
